Nebula launched as a UK platform — and the UK contractor market, with its unique IR35 legislation, MTD requirements, and PSC structure, is deep enough to occupy us for years. But we have always known this does not end at the UK border.

The self-employed and contractor market is a global phenomenon. IR35-equivalent legislation exists in Australia, the Netherlands (where the DBA law mirrors IR35's structure closely), Germany, and increasingly across the EU. The compliance burden contractors carry is not unique to the UK — and the solution Nebula is building is not unique to the UK either.

Our expansion roadmap takes us to continental Europe first, then to MENA and APAC markets — regions with large contractor populations and growing regulatory complexity. The core AI architecture adapts to different tax regimes; the compliance engines are jurisdiction-specific, but the platform is not.
